Senator (Prof) David Iornem
MSc, PhD, FIMC, CMC
Trained as a management specialist at the Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, Prof David Iornem is the Client Services Director and Chief Executive Officer of the New Idea Management Consultants. He has served in managerial capacity with Unilever, Nigerian Breweries, Centre for Management Development and the Kaduna Polytechnic. His experience in distance learning facilitation dates back to 1984 when he was appointed Adjunct Professor for the Union Graduate Institute, Union University, Cincinnati, USA. David has lectured at various institutions as visiting scholar including the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Bayero University, Kano and the Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, Bauchi. He is Professor of Management Science with the St Clements University and the Commonwealth Open University. He is a Student Recruitment Consultant for London College of Advanced Studies, University of London, the London Training and Development Centre and the Ludwigshafen University of Applied Sciences, Germany.
Dr. Gabriel Moti
BA, MA, PhD, MIMC, CMC
Dr Moti has lectured at the University of Benin and at Benue State University. He is our expert on public administration and co-ordinates our continuing education programmes for senior government officials in Abuja.
Dr. Zacharys Anger Gundu
BA, MA, PhD, MIMC, CMC
Dr. Zacharys Anger Gundu is a Senior Lecturer at the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. He was a fullbright Scholar in the United States in 2007. His experience as a manager at the National Oil in the 1990s gave him a unique insight into management problems. This experience is uniquely available to executives who attend our manpower training courses.
Dr. Gundu has worked as Secretary to the Ushongo Local Government in Benue State. The Local Government Council was very successful during that time. Dr Gundu directs our research programmes in History, Anthropology and Culture.
Professor Philemon Atume Agashua
BSc, MPhil, PhD, FIMC, CMC
Prof P. A. Agashua received his training at the University of Lagos, University of Edinburgh, Scotland and the University of Liverpool, England. Professor Agashua retired from the Nigerian Air Force as Air Commodore. He is our expert in Human Resources Recruitment, Training and Development.
Dr. Umar Farouk Galadima
HND, MBA, PhD, FIMC
Dr Galadima is a retired Assistant General Manager from Bank of the North. He is a highly intellectual consultant with effective delivery skills. He is our key resource person on business analysis, scenario conjecturing and banking.
Dr. I. D. Akpoko
BA, MIMC, CMC
Dr. Akpoko, a product of George Williams College, USA served the Nigerian and African YMCAs in very high capacities. This gave him a unique exposure to the operations of Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs) and Development issues. He has excellent flexible skills. He anchors our Bachelor of Arts in General Studies Degree Programme.
Mr. Edward Kuruku
BSc, MSc, MIMC
He is a Client Services Executive with the New Idea Management Consultants. He works on enterprise developments issues within the firm. He is our expert on Behavioural issues and his training as a psychologist is an asset to the firm.
Mr. Amos Apaa

He is the Operations Manager of the firm. His training in public administration and development studies adds a unique perspective to our operations.
Air Cdre. S. N. Ugbor(rtd)
BSc, MBA, MSc, FIMC, CMC
He has served as a Director of Logistics both in the Air Force and Defence Headquarters. Before rising to that position, he served as Supply Officer in many capacities. In the process, he received extensive training in procurement, logistics and related matters. As an intelligent officer that, he easily adapts these various experiences and training to bear on the success of assignments.
Mr. John Moughsha

He is a Chartered Accountant, who works as a Bursar at the University of Agriculture, Makurdi. He is available on part-time basis.
Mr. Gabriel Oviogbodu

He served the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) as Head of Publications and Editor of Management in Nigeria. He is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of AGROVOG (Management Consultants). He is our Academic Counsellor for Mass Communication programmes.
